Structure - Timber frame structural shell constructed from Canadian spruce
pine fir.
External Wall – Yellow stock face brick with reconstituted
stone lintels with blue smooth facework to ground level.
Windows and External Doors – All windows have
softwood frames with 14mm insulated double glazed units. Main entrance
doors are softwood Chedworth type.
Balconies – Hardwood cantilevered balcony joists
with hardwood floors and mild steel balustrading.
Roof – Pitched structure with anchor stone roof
tiles.
Internal
Doors – Beech veneer with central ‘motif’ verdigris
detail. ‘Lever’ type handles made from stainless steel with
branding detail.
Floors – Fully carpeted – choice of key
colours from Rio Challenger or Natural Seagrass. Stripped beech floor
kitchen and blue quadra Dalsouple floor in bathroom.
Walls – Finished in white hues within BS colour
range. Every flat features clear glass block walls with Flemish rippled
finish.
Lighting – Plaster wall uplighters, main lamp
ring circuit in lounge and main bedroom. Twin light sockets to all lounges.
Services
Kitchens – Integrated fridge/freezer/washing machine/dishwasher/electric
hob & oven/extraction hood. Studer or Regency units, also choice of
Durapool beech or granite style work-surfaces. White tiled ‘splash-back’
and pressed stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap.
Bathrooms – Large wall mounted mirrors fitted
as standard, spot lighting, Aqua blue ceramic mosaic tiling. Pressed steel
bath with Tratto shower mixer, sink with central mixer tap form Ideal
Standard range.
Heating – London Electricity Total Heating package
form the Creda storage heater range – Medallion heating award.
Telephone – Two BT sockets to each apartment.
